Just saw your design again and the minor bedrooms, I had a similar thought of pushing the robes outside the room space to make it bigger (for bed and desks/furniture), did you hear any feedback/advice that it was better not to have these under the eaves? I assume from your designs they've been pushed out under the eaves...? Something about leaking gutters or backflow /water leak from the eaves giong straight into the wardrobe, wall cavities etc? Or at least the risk?
