And there's no such thing as "market price" for this.. but for your reference, I was quoted about $1000-$1500 by Dale Alcock for a hallway upgrade to 31c. So expect around this for small area.. if its larger area probably up to $2500 even. It will be more to raise the whole house. You can definitely change the tile, depending on your builder it may be an upgrade cost. But generally with most medium-sized builders, the included standard living area tiles are 450x450mm. And the wet area tiles 300x300mm.
