We are currently looking at purchasing an acre or so to build on in VIC.
Most blocks where we are looking don't have sewer available and require septic.
Just wonder what it roughly costs to do this so I can add to our budget..

As it is a sloping block it uses ZERO electricity to operate, unlike some of these other Home Sewerage Treatment Plants (HSTP). If you are still allowed to run a plain old septic tank and sullage pits, then that would be the cheapest way, but I don't think many councils allow them these days. Mine was $13k, but I think it would be cheaper for you in Victoria, as that's where they are based. Give them a call and get a quote from them direct.
