Could anyone shed some light on my question? If I buy a land which settled on 1 Sep 2014 and my building starts on 1 Dec 2014 with completion on 1 May 2015, when can I apply for stamp duty concession? FHOG? I was told that I need to pay the full stamp duty upfront since a land isn't considered as PPR, but I was told differently on when I could apply for stamp duty concession and FHOG.
P.S. The property is in VIC
