Please help me how to go ahead with this situation as it is my responsibility to contact the neighbors and share the expense. About the front landscaping do I need to contact the council for any work to be done. The developer gave 8k discount to cover these expenses. Will that be alright. Has the house actually started or is nearly complete? 8K can be enough depending on size of block, type of fences desired and type and extent of landscaping.
