Hey All
I am helping my mother subdivide her property and build a new house in the back. She has had a difficult few years, divorce etc so hoping by sub diving this will get rid of her debt (~200k), she wont have to work 6 days per week and give her a nice house as a result free of maintenance issues.
Feed back on plans appreciated, we are currently engaging with Summit Homes for the build.
The existing house is situated on a odd shape block and we will be building in the battle axe block, we intend to see the front property once she moves into the new house.
