Each cost under 1k and whoever you don't use, you just walk away. For my proposed QLD build, I've asked 2 builders to provide me with a price based on soil test. The first crew are charging me $1500 plus an additional $2500 payable whether I go ahead or not. The other builder says I am liable for any expenses incurred at the tender stage over the $1500 tender request price if I choose not to proceed with them.
