Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 20, 2014 2:40 pm Hi All I am looking to build a new house in eastern melbourne. Originally I was looking at small flat blocks and was going to use a 'cookie cutter' house builder. I have know decided to build on a bigger block 1/4 acre and I think I will need a custom builder. The block is about 1000m2 and has initially a 5 degree slope then at the halfway point it changes to a 10 degree slope. I think that the size house I want to build will fit on the 5 degree section. Will I need a custom builder for this ? (fall is approx 1 to 1.5m ?????? - no engineer report as it is an old block). What are the main custom home builders in melbourne ?? Has anyone used Busby homes ? are the any good ?? Thanks for your help. Re: Finding a custom home builder ?? 2Jan 12, 2015 2:38 pm pj87 Hi All Has anyone used Busby homes ? are the any good ??
