Looks like afew people didn't received the emails from them, but they have updated their system now. Our pad was meant to go down 16th Feb. Hopefully no more delays. Been waiting long enough Lol. Our bricklayers started yesterday without issue. I think most of them have their own little generator for their mixers. Hey Doggies, I sent you a PM - just wondering if you're brickies start if you know roughly what you're being charged for use of a generator. Our bricks are nearing completion, roof will start next week. How is yours coming along? Oh whoops. Ours is good. External leaf walls up and some insulation in. I saw my house! Word of caution to everyone driving around the estates - I got a nail in my tyre on Tuesday and had to get it replaced! I think I will stop driving down those laneways that are full of builders waste. It is expected to be completed around end of May allowing time for mulch and turf too. I'm looking forward to seeing some greenery and hoping Council make a start on the verge along Yakas Chase over winter given most blocks along this road have houses going up already.
