Before we go ahead with plans and land etc I want poeple positives and negatives and what to look out for and any info would be greatly appreciated. It's so hard finding reviews on them though (not enough to get an idea of what they're like). So I'm keen to see if people respond. I did up a spreadsheet of all the standard inclusions a lot of builders have so I can compare at a glace and Veleco came out on top by a long shot. Not to mention they provide turnkeys prices.
