Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 2Aug 27, 2014 1:53 pm We are. They have said late this year but I would expect it to be more like early next year. Which stage did you purchase from? Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 3Aug 29, 2014 5:41 pm Hi 1sthomeowner85, I spoke to the developer 2 weeks ago and he said that because of rain it should be registered mid november. We are Stage 2. What stage are you? Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 4Aug 29, 2014 5:44 pm Good to hear from someone else building in the area.. Which builder are you with? 1sthomeowner85 We are. They have said late this year but I would expect it to be more like early next year. Which stage did you purchase from? Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 5Sep 03, 2014 1:01 am We are excited about this property. We purchased in Stage 2. Which lot did you buy? We hope this estate would become big in the near future (fingers crossed). I've just noticed that some lots along windsor (box hill area) have been sold as well. Plus some signages indicating future business park to be built, which is another good sign. Any news and other views about this area? Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 7Sep 15, 2014 12:26 am Great! May we know who you are building with? I visit the site almost every weekend and there's really good progress on the development site every time. Cheers and good luck to us! Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 8Sep 15, 2014 6:31 pm Congrats ashgee! Hi RivoHomeOwner, Yes there are a lot of new developments around the area which we are also excited about. Still havent got a confirmation on when the land will register as different sources say different dates. I hope that we can all start building this year! How is the site looking? Do you have any photos as the website has not been updated. We are with Elderton homes who are you with? Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 9Sep 15, 2014 11:25 pm NewBuilder7, we are with elderton, too. I just drove by late this afternoon and from the looks of it, there seems to be much more progress vs the photos in their website, the bounding roads on the south-east side (Grantham and Loftus) of the estate seem alright and starts to make the estate more visible. I always see other passers by whenever I check and they seem to be home owners as well. Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 10Sep 16, 2014 2:18 pm We have purchased in stage 2. We are also building with Elderton Homes. Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 11Sep 16, 2014 3:05 pm Thank you! No idea who we are building with yet..but we have narrowed it down to a few. We had our first look at the land this past weekend and it is looking great. Can't wait to meet some of you! Re: Grantham Estate, Riverstone 20Oct 01, 2014 4:10 pm Hello Everyone. As a proud father and grandfather. My daughter, son in law and grandson have bought a house and land package at the Grantham Estate. They go out there nearly every weekend to see its progress and come back soooo excited when they see a change. They have been coming home very excited the last few weeks as the roads are starting to get bitumen layed. Not long now I'd say. |
