The garage door width needs to be up to 3.2M for the land block width of 12M Hi everyone I'm lot 45 Andrew street building with Firstyle. I received an email late this afternoon from firstyle stating that due to the land being only 12m wide the private certifier will only approve if the garage door width gets amended to 3.2m. I'm confused because I have a double garage. How am I going to get 2 cars in there ? If your builder didn't mention it in the beginning, it is very sad.
