We are almost at PCI and seems they dragged a heavy pallet from the garage, and something underneath (rock or piece of broken tile) caused a very noticeable and deep score mark right across it. A pristine garage/workshop floor was one thing I was looking forward to.. it it possible to ask for it to be rectified? Maybe they'd be willing to go halves with you in a full polyurethane coating? That's something we intend on doing (and I may have an attempt DIY'ing it).
