Looks like we're on a very similar timeline now My Build Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=74269 Re: Commodore Homes building journey 48Dec 10, 2014 11:01 am Hi jcresey, We had the same issue ( our block is 12x30). We settled on CH's bonneville and now we love it ! We did have to take 0.5m off one side to fit our block but we don't even notice it now. We also raised ceilings to 31c and even 34c in some areas to open the space up. Any ways good luck ! Steve ( we are building in Taylor Estate, Caversham ) Re: Commodore Homes building journey 49Dec 17, 2014 10:38 pm Hi Jcresey Sorry for late reply , we have 15 x 30 block. who is your builder?
