Seems like it doesn't matter which bank, everyone has some form of trouble with them. We had the same experience about the sales agent being good but head office can be slow getting documents through to us. Our next door neighbor has pretty much finished building and are trying to find out what is happening with the fence and we haven't even started construction. Do you know if you have a fencing allowance and if you do, do you know if Coral erects a fence or just gives you the allowance? Will definitely follow your progress. Oh and i was going to up load the range that's included for ceasarstone and all that but since i live in NSW our range is different due to different suppliers. However, you can order 4 samples from the ceasarstone website for free and then you can choose from them. Hi Mellywil, I can't seem to upload documents on here so i have PM you with my email if you would like to send me an email and ill send you some pdf's with what i was given for the range and regulations they require and the suppliers. I went on the suppliers websites to match the range to view what they are like as I live in Newcastle and its a bit hard to see the range unless we book an appointment to view Coral Homes little room with some products compared to the big selections room on the gold coast. I also have some extra samples of caesarstone if you would like me to post them to you as well. I have Ice Snow, Linen and Ivory colours. Caesarstone only allow you to select 4 free samples so this way you can order more Let me know if you have any more questions Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 28Sep 11, 2014 10:44 am If your in QLD i believe it is Boral bricks for all states. Will have to confirm when i get home though. If it is Boral, then the standard range of bricks are: - Horizon Classics - Horizon Naturals - Horizon Hinterland - Some of the Oasis impressions. All double height bricks are extra. Nuvo Aspire range is extra, for my house it was going to be about $2200 extra. For other states its PGH. Don't know the ranges off the top of my head, ill find the document when i get home. Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 32Sep 13, 2014 7:47 pm Its fairly new. The Boral bricks were only released mid this year, so only maybe 1-2months old. Site scrape has been completed, piping to go down this week with hopefully a slab down by next week. My Noosa 23 Build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72782 Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 34Sep 16, 2014 4:08 pm Congratulations! It'll be great to finally see it all starting to take shape. Make sure you keep us updated with pics. There's a few of us Coralers around now and I'm sure the others will be just as interested to follow along as I am Follow my Coral Daydream 28 build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72384 Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 35Sep 16, 2014 5:18 pm With the rain we had a few weekends ago, looks like my neighbor had something delivered on a truck... No doubt the two drainage pipes directly underneath are now crushed. Builder will fix it though. We have an electrical box! Never been so excited to see two pieces of wood and a steel box. Piers and pipes are also down. Slab soon - as much as i hope it will be tomorrow, it will probably be Monday. My other neighbors have had a site scrape as well, but nothing else started yet. They are building a Hallmark home, so will be interesting to see whos house gets finished first as i know hallmark are pretty quick Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ My Noosa 23 Build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72782 Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 37Sep 22, 2014 10:40 am Slab yet? Was expecting some waffle deliveries and to have the site boxes, but nothing. Will see how it is tonight, might be boxed. Suspect they are waiting on waffle delivery though. My Noosa 23 Build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72782 Re: First build - Coral Homes Noosa 23 narrow block design 39Sep 22, 2014 5:51 pm No slab today, no work done either by the looks. Guess it won't be as fast as i have seen other Coral builds on here. There are some waffles in front of my neighbors block, but as my neighbor is also up to slab stage (as of today) it may be theirs. Will be depressing if they get a slab down before i do, given they started four days after me But what can you do. Weather isn't looking too promising for Wed/Thurs, so hopefully something tomorrow. Great floor plan and love all your selections. I'm especially keen to see your ensuite come to life as we have chosen Walnut for our powder room and I toyed with the idea of using a dark laminate colour for the cabinetry. I've decided to stick to the White Silk Finish as it will tie in better with the floor tiles. Hope you get a smooth ride. Look forward to seeing more pics. Good luck! Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13773 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4347 yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 5324 |
