Wow hootie! That beam really finishes off the facade nicely doesn't it? So much progress, you'll be at PCI soon!

Finger crossed trixee! So far PCI is still scheduled for mid Oct 2015. We are hoping that it would be sooner....we'll see how things go and are hopeful.

At least your builder has given you a rough PCI date.. Ours haven't given us dates for anything with the build!

I'm love love loving your build progress.. We're right behind you so i can see what what happens next!

Been a bit quiet at our build towards the end of last week and the beginning of this week, after the hustle and bustle of the first half of last week...

Tile meeting completed this morning....the tiler seems nice and was very careful to check out requirements before he starts tiling work tomorrow....

I have to catch up on your thread. Because of your post, i pulled out my photo album to look at the pics i took when i lived in Arizona. It is very different than here but exotic at its own.

Yeah....waterproofing! We will get it done this week as well.

Hey everyone, thanks for the comments

...We have progressed to tiling!!! ::celeb::

We are using the same black tiles for wall and floor (to have that seamless flow on effect) and smaller white tiles in the scullery and laundry walls.

Our initial plan to have full height in the ensuite, bathroom and powder room did not eventuate due to cost, but we are sort of glad we didn't go through with that for these areas. Plus later if we feel like it we might paint those walls a similar colour to the tile so as to have that full height tiling effect ::wink::

Tiling should be completed by the end of the week and their work seems to be very neat ::celeb::

We also seem to have had a brick clean of the rest of the house so that's great!

sofia14 - I love Arizona...Hope to return there one day and this time bring the family along ::smile::
