Loving those dragon trees too, they will look great in your new garden! ![]() ![]() Re: Building with Visionone in Aveley - Day 4 of white set 542Jul 22, 2015 2:29 pm ![]() How much bigger does the whiteset make the house look! I was gobsmacked when i saw the difference in mine! Wait until the cabinets go in, you'll think they make the room smaller but they really dont ![]() Can't wait for cabinets to go in...my wife is excitedly waiting for the kitchen to go in, especially the benchtop as it she pretty much came up with the design for that, which the builder beautifully translated into a drawing in the plans.... ![]() Day 4 of Plastering - More plastering done today - today he completed Bedroom 2, WIL, part of kitchen, finish off 1 wall each of bed 3, 4 and master bedroom. Looking into the house from the secondary street, the white walls contrast with the face brick and the interior looks much bigger: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We also discovered all of the black plastic wrap around the window and aluminium door frames were removed! Does that mean that glass will be done soon and lock up? We hope so. ![]() Our Build Thread: The "Extended" Marina by Visionone Homes Our Inspirations: Frank Lloyd Wright | Houzz Re: Building with Visionone in Aveley - Day 4 of white set 544Jul 22, 2015 11:19 pm I would have been very happy to see those frames exposed today Hootie! I'm certain he will continue the best he can, but we wait with anticipation to see how it progresses. And we had a brick clean for half the house too...our front feature bricks are showing up nicely now. And the plasterer is still working his way through the house, the poor guy. Today he did the scullery, laundry and kitchen plus one wall in living room. My wife had a chat with him and he'll probably complete the plastering early next week. He mentioned to her that it is a big house... ![]() The SS has really pushed things along for us and we are grateful for that. Not sure at this point if lock up will happen tomorrow as anticipated, but we'll wait and see. It's promising! Some pics... Front: (An eagle photobombed!)
