Haha Lol...appreciate the support guys...  archetto - you are probably right but we hope that we get the rest of our roof cover done soon so hope they get back here soon... My wife reports that there is some work going on today when she drove by...they could have felt our "vibe" and acted upon it (?)  Apparently in some areas the internal ceiling is going in, so we might have some pics of those later. However I am confused as I though ceilings would be generally done after the roof cover was completed? Not sure.  We are assuming today that the ceilings are only go up in those areas which have roof cover completed, i.e. theatre and main entry.The exterior of a theatre wall is still missing a downpipe (cut out is in the eaves area), but perhaps that would go on after the render is done? Dunno... Ah thanks archetto, so ours is probably a similar case...but we will keep a keen eye on this because we are of the opinion that there should at least be 2 downpipes for a skillion roof. As for the ceiling work today, it appears only the skillion section was completed (full cover in that area). So my wife went by this arvo and we now have: 1) External ceiling boards for the skillion 2) Insulation installed for the theatre and main entry 3) Plasterer's sand delivered But two thirds of our roof frame still has no colorbond....oh well, let's hope they get to that soon  Maybe they are working tomorrow (Saturday)?? Now if only we can get the rest of the roof cover done that would be great....but NO...  The roof cover installers worked half day last Tuesday (16 June) and that has been all that was done in terms of roof cover since that day... Today will be one month since the roof timbers started and we still do not have complete roof cover yet. We had made a clear request that the roof cover be on before the winter rains but no luck so far and we have had quite a bit of rain. Sent an text the SS and apparently the installers will be back tomorrow.... The wet weather is to blame and also our roof required some custom flashing sizes which has to be made by the factory only once the roof sheets are on...problem is...half of the roof sheeting is not on yet!!  We are feeling kind of frustrated right now... Rant over...(again!)... Congrats on the roof. At least, it is going up. I know...you just want to get it done. Me too. They told us that there is no shortage of bricklayer and yet we have one that took forever to finish. Shortage of roofer? So far, other than the slab and few small stuff like wiring and plumbing are on time for our house, nothing is on schedule with our builder. I'm not sure what the stuff up is but it is certainly poorly managed. I like your landscaping selection!
