I put in a large bathroom window and changed both ensuite and bathroom to clear for $60 or there abouts!! I'm not sure if it's toughened. It's basically a laminated layer between 2 panes of glass. We already have clear glass around the spa bath so we can have a view while soaking in the tub (lots of dense exterior landscaping planned!) but thought that clear glass the full length of the shower would be a bit too racy! ![]() Yeah laminated/toughened. Think your quote is way too pricey. Even when I spoke directly to the window manufacturer he told me probably about $20 difference for the pane of glass to be clear... Still haven't met the SS, I don't think there is a specific plan to introduce him but no doubt will run into him at some point anyway. He's been cc'd in all the emails so he should kind of (virtually) know us by now anyway.
