In further news, building permit was submitted last week so by my reckoning we should have the permit by the end of next week. Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 359Nov 23, 2014 12:56 am Ooh, that's exciting trixee! LOVE your lighting ideas -absolutely stunning! We are so over budget on our build I reckon we will be looking at those lovely builders plastic white shades for a while!! Except for the kitchen - gotta have some pendants. Have you seen the flat panel LED lights? They sit almost flush with the ceiling. Not pretty like your lot but very smart. ![]() Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 360Nov 23, 2014 1:27 am Thanks for linking to your blog. We just went with metal fans in a modern style and I've been really happy with them in the sense they don't stand out, nor do they clash with anything. Congrats on nearly getting a building permit. ![]() 0 1164 We came across your post and it mirrors our situation. Have you progressed in the interim and would you have any advice for us?
