Congrats on the demo. I remember how excited I was when we demoed ours. Did you watch it? We watched ours and it was amazing how powerful the machinery is. .. it made our old brick house look like it was made of cardboard.

How massive is your water tank though! Don't think I'll be able to fit one that big.

Thanks JL! No didn't get to watch it. The day it was going to happen I drove past on my way to work but I was too late

Must have only taken a few minutes though, it was complete rubble by the time I got there!

The waiting sure is a pain trixee, but no real way to avoid it, so sticking with excitement is definitely the way to go!! Before you know it you will be doing all the fun stuff. :-)

I know I know! Lucky I'm a glass half full kinda gal. Just can't wait to get to the good stuff! We're kinda starting already, looking at house-related xmas pressies. Bit suss abut getting things too early though.

Welcome back Ardie! Hope you had fun! I did drop a hint that I would love a slab before xmas, but they kinda said it may not happen, so resigning myself to next year. But you never know!!!

Ooh, that's exciting trixee! LOVE your lighting ideas -absolutely stunning! We are so over budget on our build I reckon we will be looking at those lovely builders plastic white shades for a while!! Except for the kitchen - gotta have some pendants. Have you seen the flat panel LED lights? They sit almost flush with the ceiling. Not pretty like your lot but very smart. :-)

Thanks for linking to your blog. I use Tapatalk on my phone and it doesn't show people's signatures or blog addresses. Blog is good reading! We just went with metal fans in a modern style and I've been really happy with them in the sense they don't stand out, nor do they clash with anything. Congrats on nearly getting a building permit.
