Hope the council gets moving soon. Are they one who are 'amalgamating'? Maybe that's the excuse! Are they one who are 'amalgamating'? Maybe that's the excuse! Ha, there's an idea! No, I'm in Stirling, allegedly the second worst council to deal with. I don't think they'll be affected by the amalgamations, they're just slow! Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 297Oct 28, 2014 12:59 am True, no one could wait for a Stirling amalgamation! Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 298Oct 28, 2014 1:14 am ![]() Funny ha-ha or funny peculiar? The latter, I'm guessing! ![]() Both trixee!! I have never seen such an amazing collection of stone samples!! Have you picked one?!! ![]() ![]() Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 299Oct 28, 2014 1:22 am Not yet! ![]() ![]() Tending towards one of the whites though, depending on what will go with the marble splashback, which we haven't actually chosen yet! Or if the splashback is too exxy, we might go in a different direction entirely! The builder's stone supplier is revamping their showroom at the moment so we've postponed the decision making until it's ready. Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 300Oct 28, 2014 2:13 am I love it! I thought we had the biggest collection but you've got me beat;) Just noticed a bunch of stone benchtop samples at my youngest son's day care. I guess it's cool tactile learning or something. told them I'll have lots of different stuff to donate soon. Can't wait to see what you decide on. Really, really, really this week is the week the council gets it together for you! I too have built to passivhaus standards and use the zehnder system to ventilate my home. I’m in Melbourne and can confirm that the Hrv core only conserves the energy… 40 15123 0 1058 We came across your post and it mirrors our situation.
