Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I feel like I should be doing something more productive, like packing, or organising more stuff, but it's been pretty cruisey today. We got the keys at 10 at the house, tried to tie a ribbon around the door, did a bit of a photo shoot and cut the ribbon, then got keys. It was kinda fun! There are still a couple of items outstanding from PCI that haven't been done but they have at least been organised so they should all get done this week. And our architect is dropping by this afternoon to inspect the roof space. So here's my to-do list: Floorboards sanded and sealed - Getting done today! Security system (including intercom) - In progress! Greywater system - Getting done on Friday! Skirting boards - Getting done on Friday! Driveway - Starting on the 14th (this was supposed to get started yesterday but... grrr don't get me started!) Painting - Starting on the 14th! Antenna - Installation on 21st! Window treatments - Installation on 22nd! Rainwater tank - Organised! (Tanks will take about 3 weeks) Front fence - planning approved, need building permit Deck - planning approved, need building permit Letter box - On the hunt for a cheapie temporary solution! Clothesline - Researching Shade sails - Researching Side Gates - after rain tanks are in Buy powder room mirror - postponed until my shopping spree Robe fitout - Looking at this next week Pantry fitout - Looking at this next week Portico tiling - Looking at this next week Alfresco tiling - Looking at this next week Solar panels - Looking at this next week or after Christmas Any recommendations on shade sails?
