I haven't seen the steel used like that before Trixee. What are you using for ceiling? And will it sit flush?

It better sit flush! I have no idea to be honest. I assume it's normal gyprock ceiling sheets.

I'm sure it will, I was wondering if it was something different, obviously just a different method.

That steel would have to provide super support trix. Id be very happy with that! White set looks great...all very exciting...even Mals hanging down wires!!:Haha!

I hope for you to get your mojo back, I'm at the comfortably numb stage: prepared for everything to go wrong, if something doesn't then it is a lovely bonus!

Rache has a Polk pendant in her room I think? They're lovely

Luckily I've been on holidays with distractions, otherwise I'd be feeling the same. This is the part where I'm supposed to be writing about fantastic building changes every week. I may have peaked too early on the optimism! Nah. Just read Africa Dayz blog to get some perspective. A year over due! Cheer up!

So, looks like we have some ceilings! The guys actually did this over the weekend, started Saturday and finished up today. Can't believe we finally had someone working on a weekend to make up for lost time!

Lol, no I already had the car! I had to go to Harvey Norman to pick up the ducting for the range hood. The sales guy assured me it would fit into the car - it very almost didn't!

Thanks MnT. Not sure which niche you're referring to, but yes we will be having hidden curtain rails behind the bulkhead. They've left a 200mm gap, hope it will be enough!
