And the bling guest room light. In fact all great choices! Thanks trees, I like having variety in the house ![]() Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 1365Jul 05, 2015 7:17 pm ![]() I think they do 2 layers of plastering, the first layer is a grey render (float), then they do a layer of white plaster (white set), and then the plaster gets painted. Wow, I had no idea, sounds like a lot of work. Funny how much building houses varies from state to state, it is very rare to have that in my area (never seen a display home that way) yet in your area it is probably the same for gyprock ![]() My build thread: Custom build on 40 acres viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75656 Re: Trixee's Passive Solar Build Perth 1366Jul 05, 2015 9:31 pm ![]() Thanks twin_dad. We got the kitchen pendants today. They were well packaged and look great. It has a lovely matt finish on the outside and shiny silver on the inside. Perfect size I think (hope) for our 2m island. I got it from Zest Lighting, cheapest price I found and delivery was quick. Kitchen is coming along slooowly, they've only just done the grey float today. I hope you get the big samples, when I rang up to order they only sent me small ones. But they had bigger ones on display at Homebase Expo, hopefully there's something similar near you? I found an image the other day of what I think is a Cleaf Yosemite kitchen, although I think this one has used the dark brown (walnut?): Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ ![]() The lights are all beautiful!
