So many roof beams! I took lots of pictures but I didn't know what I was looking at half the time. I put heaps of pics up on my blog but didn't want it to look too spammy, so thought I'd spam you lot with the other pics :lol:

Maybe they're hurrying in case it starts to rain again. The rest of the foreseeable future is looking mighty fine though.

Yeah so far so good in regards to the weather! We are hoping that our roof goes on before the winter rains start...fingers and toes crossed

You hadn't seen the mess inside the house ... after all the rain and sand and dirt ... but the bricks do look "pretty" ..

its good to have the good weather while your roof trusses and tiles go up ... you won't have what I had .. with all the roof trusses all going black from being out with the elements for so long

It is looking great.
The photos on the blog are interesting. I'm sure you'd flag any that look strange but there is one that looks less wide than the others when joining... Not sure if that is an angle thing?

So exciting to see it all come to life. With the roof trusses the house envelope becomes reality

Wow Trixee - that's a lot of trusses up there. They really are motoring! It's not forecast to rain until next weekend so I reckon you'll have a roof by then. Are you going tiles or Colorbond?

Thanks all! I find it interesting that they'd scheduled 2 and a half weeks for the roof, I wouldn't think it would take that long. But you know, what do I know?
No work today though, not sure why. Not worried yet though

Not yet Mal. I found one that I thought I liked but I'm not sure about the thickness of the steel now. The one I'm looking at is 0.9mm thick, but I don't know how this compares to other laundry tubs or how important it even is.
