hi all
new to this forum so see how we go
me and my girlfriend trish (& kids) currently live in Lara, and recently bought a block in bannockburn, and today we had our site cut
i'm looking to hopefully make some new friends in the area, and share my experience with fellow home owners.
also, i'd like to offer some help to anyone having their first experience building as it is really daunting and everything is so secretive when it comes to costs, i know a bit about the costs now for most builders so any questions, feel free to ask.
this is our block the day it was listed SOLD

everything can look completely different in photo's, and can vary dramatically with angle of light etc, its always best to go and see for yourself rather than trust a photo.
we are yet to do our tile selection, but we have been to beaumont tiles and picked a tile we were happy with out of the standard range and took that to studio m as they do not have tiles there, i suggest you do this.
i will create another post with some upgrades and costs.
happy housing
