Can anyone tell me if $450k sounds too much for a double storey, 5 bedroom house (with double garage, 3.5 bathrooms). That doesnt include landscaping/driveway, upgrades for bricks, etc).

Mine is 730K for 60sq but that includes 10sq of garage and 4sq of alfresco. It will be neat but you won't have much freeboard. At least they are not weep holes.
