One of my friend nearly wait for one year to get her land settle and is it possible i can get my land settle a bit quicker ? Or is it really hard to tell when i can get my land settle? Our land settled 21 days from finance approval, you can choose your settlement terms when you sign the contract, and it also depends on if the land is titled or not? It sounds as if your friends wasn't.
