Most of the builders have about the same time frame for building. The average time from signing with a builder to moving into your completed property is around 12 to 14 months. Have a look on product review website for detail and honest reviews on each of th builders. From reading this forum I would say that Celebration homes is the quickest builder. The Celebration house 2 doors down from us started 3 weeks before us and they have been in their house for 3 weeks. We are just getting to our Grey set plaster.
