Did PD follow up accordingly if there were any defect on inspections reports? Can I do both, independent inspection (on my own cost) and inspection with PD(BSS group)? If I can how will PD react to both reports? I found 129. They didn't even pick up that there was structural bracing missing, a structural beam missing or that the roof trusses were bowed. Unfortunately they were extremely unhappy on both occasions with the quality of workmanship but more so with the SS experience. He just dismissed them. As a result they fought the issues in their inspection reports however it resulted in long rectification delays and the were paid the delay costs for in one instance 6 months and the other 2 mths. Get them done. When PD started their quality was a lot better than it is now. If you walk into someone's display house and see cracks, poor paint finish etc..what do you expect?
