Totally agree that having the architect involved on an hourly basis for inspections and queries is a good idea. Or use a building inspector for the inpsections. But a project manager is excessive. I personally wouldn't use an architect for contract administration. This is one that can be done by the owner through site visits and utilising building inpsectors and archiotect as required.
