After handover List

I am trying to make a list of all the things I need to do after handover so I can balance my budget and not under spend or over spend.
Here is my list of things to do after handover:

Blinds
Paving/ liquid limestone
Patio
Grass and Reticulation to the backyard
Clothesline
Letterbox
Extra cabinet work to scullery and L'Dry
Built-in TV cabinet
Side fences
Brick beds for the vegie patch
Lights and the Electrician
Rangehood
