I'm hoping people get over it very soon! We had broken screens when we got our keys and they got fixed last week. So as long as you know it is written down in their paperwork then it will be fixed. My build viewtopic.php?t=76386 That's what I figure. My hair is going grey. And not just one or two strands! I need my own space. I would do the same. You gotta do what you gotta do! From what I've heard Coral are pretty good with follow up maintenance. This process does make you grey. I found my first few greys on the weekend- I swear it's the house! My hubby on the other hand loves chatting to random strangers lol I asked him if we can put bamboo screens up hahaha My build viewtopic.php?t=76386 Re: KDR:Coral Daydream 28:SW Sydney - BIG problem :( 727Sep 28, 2015 11:32 pm Mellywil Final inspection is going ahead tomorrow. Now, this is going to go against everything I said 8 months ago, but I'm authorising the payment to go through so we can do handover this week. I don't care at this stage whether it takes them six months to fix the wall and the benchtops. I really need to get into our house (or out of where we are to be more specific). Driveway and inspection tomorrow. Let's hope for sunny skies to get that driveway down. Best of luck Melly!!! Hope it all works out! I suspect it's due to the missing bathroom mirrors, missing handle to master bed and missing coverplate in the study. Apparently the CM has assured the certifier that it will all be fixed this morning and we should still be able to get the letter for the bank this afternoon, but I also believe I saw some pigs take flight this morning. The admin guy at the certifier that I have been dealing with is top bloke. He emailed me the update yesterday afternoon (I haven't yet heard that there were issues from Coral) and said he'd give me a call today to let me know how things are going. Great guy. Wish I got that kind of service everywhere. Re: KDR:Coral Daydream 28:SW Sydney - PCI fail 730Sep 30, 2015 8:08 am Damn their assurances must mean nothing at this point. You're so close yet so far, hang in there. Re: KDR:Coral Daydream 28:SW Sydney - PCI fail 731Sep 30, 2015 8:10 am Well hopefully the cm is speaking the truth and it all gets done today melly My build viewtopic.php?t=76386 Re: KDR:Coral Daydream 28:SW Sydney - PCI fail 732Sep 30, 2015 8:53 am No word on the hole as yet. I don't know if the certifier would have seen it. When he did the earlier inspection, it would have been all plastered up. Anyway, I'm not holding my breath today. I'm at home crook too so I can literally wait by the phone. Illness is more than likely due to stress too...
