Lime in concrete

My slab was poured on a rainning day, the grano worker placed brickies grey which contains lime in it. It is 50% mix of lime and cement. I known that you should not use lime in concrete at ant stage. I conceren what affect on concerte slab and steel. Can be given more info if it is ok to use brickies to finish off a wet slab.
