I have been reading for months everyones stories and thought I would add our story to help others see the progress. We are building The Le Mans (modified) with commodore homes in Tuart Ridge. Its been a journey so far....... Signed up land - November 2013 Signed initial contract for house on - 30th November 2013 Submitted plans with modifications - Mid December Settled on land - 31st January 2014 First draft and contracts completed - 2 Feb 2014 Signed completed initial plans - 23 March 2014 Submitted Pre-Start selection forms - Early April Pre Start Appt - 5th May First attempt out of drafting - 20th May Final plans received and sent back - 15th June 2014 Into scheduling -27th June 2014 Tap installed - 15th July (we called council and asked for this to be installed, we needed water On site to get our rear wall reinforced by an engineer for our pool before construction starts) Moved to construction - 24th July Honestly the joy has been exhausted in this build so far, heres hoping for a smooth construction process!!!
