Has any of you tried any other means apart from talking to your builder to get your issues sorted out? I am extremely sick of leaving messages/writing emails to our builder and nothing ever gets done. I echo the PP's comments and I would start threatening. Do you have a lawyer who could put it on letterhead?
OR you could have a letter sent by registered mail, with "Without Prejudice" typed up the top - you know, legal sounding stuff and say you have sought legal advice and your lawyer has prompted you to write one last letter and if you don't get action you will take the matter further.
