Cloverlea Estate Chirnside Park (Builds)
Homeone had issues with the content of the 18 month old, 2000+ posts in an existing forum, so I've created this one for all people building in Cloverlea. Come one come all. This thread may end up with lots of people talking about their builds, their land, their dogs, whatever. If you don't like it, please keep scrolling.
Cheers - Matt
**OTHER THREAD IS REGARDING BUYING LAND WHEREAS THIS IS SPECIFIC TO BUILDS IN CLOVERLEA ESTATE**
We have taps and lots of mud and our lawn (weeds) definitely need mowing!
1069 here. Looking forward yo all your updates Sanna!!!
Kathie & Ralph.
And Mutski... have your bricks started?
I got a call from our site manager yesterday telling me our bricks weren't available until Aug 7. He wanted to know whether we wanted to change bricks or wait. My initial thought was it's only a 3 week delay and he thought they'd still be able to make that up down the track anyway. Then later in the day I didn't want to wait so I headed down to the Austral bricks display centre to see if I liked any of the other colours in stock. Took some samples home and now just waiting for Jess to wake up and have a look (she works late nights).

Hi Matt,
Thank you. Is this the only pirated version of the previous forum? If so, we are happy to jump ship. Just don't want to jump too many ships or might end up in the mud. Remember the old Roman saying "divide and conquer".
I think given the number of positive responses in Sanna's support, H1 would have backed off and we could have continued the previous forum. Participating concurrently in multiple forums will be a pain and won't work as well.
Best regards
Our roof goes on today! Yay!
Matt what brick did you have? We picked boral glenfern but there is a 8 week delay so we are reselecting! We are thinking austral melbourne series in hawthorn
We've already been waiting 2 years, whats an extra few weeks? Also the builder reckons they can probably make up some of this time anyway.
True! And you picked that first brick for a reason!
Oh yay I was hoping someone would start a Cloverlea build thread! We are still looking for land and Cloverlea was one of the estates we are looking into. Looking forward to reading everyone's progress and seeing your new homes.
Hi! Are you still considering Cloverlea?
So glad we have a new thread to go to, Look forward to hearing all the updates on here now!
Jess & Marco
This is where the cool kids hang out.
Thanks Mutski ! Thanks Sanna & Gary!
Morning all and thank you Mutski for creating this new thread where we can discuss everything
Sanna, thank you for taking photo updates for everyone. This is so handy for people who can't swing by all of the time. And thanks to Mel1031 for the updated photos on the FB page! As someone who lives an hour away from Cloverlea and my build, it is great to be able to see the progress during the week.

We don't want you getting banned so here is a tutorial...
Make sure you are in the Full Editor when posting here...
The easiest way is to copy and paste all the links (URLs) onto this page.
for example:
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 928&type=1
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 909&type=1
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 428&type=1
Then you highlight each link (URL) and click the URL button at the top of the editing screen.
So it should look like this :
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=826217694057307&set=pcb.826218150723928&type=1[/ url]
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=825634910782252&set=pcb.825635007448909&type=1[/ url]
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152590927978428&set=p.10152590927978428&type=1[/ url]
I put a space in at the end to stop it converting to a link...
...hopefully that works and makes sense. I'm going to preview this quick....... Hmmmm - looks like it allowed the link anyway without the URL thingo??? Maybe because of the http:// part.
Let me know how you go...
Melvin

Hi, We are looking for a builder that can build a small home (smaller length) on a sloping site. We came across Mojo's Zephyr design 10.6 m wide and 11.5 m length. Does…
