Thought I'd post my newly created blog regarding a new house build on the Gold Coast. Feel free to follow along! Any and all comments appreciated. http://summerhillmountainview.blogspot.com.au/ Re: A new house on a 9m sloping block 2Jul 10, 2014 9:55 am When you started talking 9m drop, I was thinking it was 9m cliff face ! The photos on your blog aren't as bad as what I was expecting. It should make for an interesting perspective if your alfresco is going to extend over the 'edge' a little. Wasn't expecting a block to the east of Mt Tamborine to have a drop on the western side of them. If you want it to work, then it WILL work for you.
