Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 09, 2014 9:46 pm Hi all, We have been trying for months to register for a block of Land at Willowdale (Leppington) or Elara (Marsden Park). With this new registration process that all the developers seem to have it is near impossible to click on the 'Register Now' button before other buyers and we never seem to make the cut. The only way to buy land these days is to register your interest online in order for them to call you back to make an appointment to select some land (if any remains!). If you don't register your interest within the one hour time slot they specify, you are locked out of the registration process. And they only take a limited number of registrations, so after a minute or two if you are too late, the screen tells you something along the lines of 'you have been unsuccessful. Any tips from anyone on how we can 'win'/ beat others in the registration process now that it is first in first served on the basis of fastest clicker??!! Stockland now have a new release coming out at Elara, Marsden Park on Sunday 13th at 8pm and I can't bear the thought of missing out again. If I do I might just give up. Anyone have any tips, please?! Looking to purchase as an investment property (like most others seem to be doing here). Would also appreciate your thoughts on Elara vs Willowdale, taking into account the proposed rail link coming in the future which should link the north and west rail lines.
