They are on my list of builders I'm considering but am concerned they only offer a 6 year structural warranty now not 25 years like some other builders, what are your thoughts?? There are two elements of 'Guarantee/Warranty' The 'implied warranty' in the contract that says the builder should do the right thing and be responsible for any mistakes. This has a limit of 10 years in Victoria but may be longer in other states. The actual insurance warranty which is paid by the insurance company if the builder goes bust or disappears.
