Very true to the artists impression. Yes, I too believe it's definitely worth the wait to get your dream home. We've been patient yes. I'm not real sure what the hold up was. Maybe all our changes along the way ... we changed a lot of things. Almost as soon as they said yes, we thought of something else. So they were really good to us like that. They never charged us any variation fees either, even though we changed a few things after contract and they told us every variation would cost $500. Even though I moaned about it taking so long here on the thread. I never questioned Simonds about what was taking so long, didn't even ask where things were at. As much as I'm impatient to get our new house, we're not really in a rush as that means we have to rush harder to clean this place up!
