Gas hot water is great we have it and I love it (mind you we have bottles so it's a bit costly). What was your standard package before your upgrade to the hills one? Was it the home lite pack? The building experience really does depend on who you have managing the site. We are both pleased we have been able to finish off on a high note. The bubbles are on ice don't you worry about that one. It's been a heck of a process but we've been able to stand our ground and get the house we had pictured. What type of water heater did you select for your new house? We are also on gas bottles. eep! Solar would have been ideal. We had selected the NBN start up package with hub - with that wording I assumed that the hills hub or similar would have been included in the package.
