I still have no info from the developers (contacted them through the land agent - Raywhite), still no update it's like Raywhite doesn't even care. So I've just asked my conveyancer to request for the NBN status from the developers solicitor. Hopefully I get some answer soon
No problem, also, while it's not going to be terribly accurate, if you plug in church road, keysborough (not exactly where you are but seems to be part of Cyprus waters based on google searches) and then zoom out you'll see just above seems to be building out with NBN.
While this isn't going to say that you'll certainly get NBN, it gives an indicator that they are in your area, and if that area is with the same developer then chances are they will simply sign your development area up with NBN as well.
(this is all complete conjecture however, and you should probably still harass your developer as they are the only ones that can actually tell you who they signed up to provide the internet to you as this will be a private contract between then and the carrier - The carrier can't tell you as 'commercially sensitive', the council probably can't tell you as its a private business contract, the developer really is the only one able to answer your questions.)
