We have submitted our maintenance form & not suprised that things are already being fixed I'll let the photos do the talking to begin with.. We have finished our front yard now & shed plus entertaining area goes up next week than concreter will be back out. We have done all the work ourselves so far which means things are taking a little longer but we've saved so much money. Will try pop in more regularly to update after photos Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=71963&start=50#p1203154 Settlement: January 2014 Currently waiting council approval Re: Building the Cleo two story with Simonds SA - Lock up 549Jun 30, 2015 10:48 pm Wow!!! Your house looks WOW. Your landscaping is also very swish, love the greenery/decking combo. Do you have any concreting contacts to share? Your aggregate is great. Re: Building the Cleo two story with Simonds SA - Lock up 550Jun 30, 2015 11:08 pm That is amazing progress Cleo. You've done sooooo much! What with Mick away so much, that's incredible. And it looks absolutely FANTASTIC! Your twiggy dining light looks great. I remember you saying you were nearly over it before you put it up. Loving your 'mojave' Hey, are you happy with your tiles/tiler? I need to find a tiler. What's wrong with these boys ... I've been onto three concreters and two tilers, none have responded! If you want to recommend your tiler to me, I'll get onto him. We got polished porcelain 600x600 too from Beaumonts (sale). Re: Building the Cleo two story with Simonds SA - Lock up 551Jun 30, 2015 11:43 pm Thanks blue steel, it's all coming together nicely & can't wait for all the plants to grow. I wasn't sure if we went over board with the decking wood? I can definitely recommend JDM concreting. If you can't find them online let me know & I'll flick you through contact details. Tell him Danielle and Mick from Angle Vale sent you. They're coming back to do our shed floor & polished concrete entertaining area. Thankyou TC, yes the light ended up working out so its staying. I can highly recommend my tiler & concreter will private message you details now. I found trades to be so unreliable but these guys were here the next day quoting and couldn't be happier with the end result. People have stopped out the front to get the driveway details & comment on our tiles to Mick recently pulled a tendon in his leg but still manages to soldier on whilst hopping around the yard haha. I'll have to take more pics of all the design stuff we've done inside & pics of the back yard to once it all starts. We have a huge shed & a 9x7 entertaining area to go up next. It's so hard when they don't even show up to quote. The plants will be big before you know it and definitely not too much timber, Love it! I wanted a safe lock that couldn't be messed with easily. 4 25691 1 3403 |
