What light fittings (if any) do they provide? I've asked so many times and can't get an answer from them! With your foxtel, did you do that through a trade on site or was it on your electrical plan in the contract? And same question for data please? Also, do you have a driveway person you could suggest I approach for a quote? Thanks heaps, really appreciate your help! Re: Building with Sekisui Newcastle NSW 23Sep 10, 2014 11:58 pm light fittings are just a batton, with a cheap plastic like cone if your not having downlights, we are having downlights and also upgraded to a better one, and put fans with lights in them in bedrooms, they use db electrical from heatherbrea, we actually went to there office and did more upgrades with them, we went through the plans and they showed us what they provided in contract and other alternatives which was great. Obviously it has cost more, everything does but savings in the long term.as to data internet goes through phone lines and they do that too. I am going away this weekend and when i get back i will email u a good concretor for a quote for driveway.
