Browse Forums Building A New House Re: DA vs CDC (Approval Times) in Ku-ring-gai Council? 2Feb 13, 2024 5:38 pm minho Hi all, Anyone have experience/knowledge on how long usually either the DA or CDC process it takes for building a new home in the Ku-ring-gai Council area? (Area's such as St Ives, Pymble, Gordon, Kilara)? Thanks in Advance Hi Minho I have heaps of experience in Ku-ring-gai with both DAs and CDC ( this is the main area we build in).
