Sadly, we're are now behind your timeline. We got our final documents today but I found that the notation "PA" has been removed from the Post Contract Variation document for landscaping, i.e. it looks like a charge and not a PA anymore, it remains on the PCV part of the End Panel though, the formatting is all off too. Husband left a voicemail for our CSR but they went on leave some time today and we haven't heard back, I've emailed and left a message for the interim CSR. Does anyone know if this is intentional or a mistake??
Also, with the Amended Progress Payment document, is this just a breakdown of the schedule? It isn't suppose to reflect any deposits paid, is it??

becks81 yeah is just a breakdown of percentages due at each stage. It won’t have your deposits paid. Your statements will have that when you get them after payments are due
What type of landscaping is it. If you have signed a PCV then it may not be a PA
