We just noticed something on detailed plans which we had overlooked.
We have a 510step in the house which means the front ceilings are 3.2 and the rear kitchen/dining/lounge is 2.7m.
If you look at the side view, the ceiling heigh is the same the whole way through the house. Walking through the hallway, stepping up into the kitchen, will that feel like your walking into a smaller room? Thinking we maybe should add a square set to hide the ceiling from the hallway to kitchen? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
2.7m is still really tall, I doubt it’ll feel small.
You can always add bulk heads after handover, but I don’t think you’ll need to.
I doubt it’s something cheaper through Wisdom...
2.7 is tall, but 3.2m to 2.7 is quite a big difference in height on the eyes.
You are right we can do it post hand-over. I don't think they are too expensive with Wisdom so would prefer to get them done prior but we are just not sure what to do.. maybe it is fine.
