Performance wise they are exactly the same. If you get them provisioned now you are going to have an electrical cord hanging out a hole on each window. Doesn’t look the best

I will keep this in mind and decide on selections day, based on the left over money after day 1 selections. lol Thanks/sv Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14944Aug 27, 2019 10:11 pm [quote="GLO":140n0ecz][quote="becks81":140n0ecz]Looking great GLO!! Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14946Aug 31, 2019 11:09 am Hi guys, Another day and another annoying question, hope you guys dont mind Have you engaged a private building inspector? If so, can you please give us some recommendations and guidance of what stages you had inspected and why. Thanks Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14947Aug 31, 2019 1:15 pm Hi everyone, Same day another question. We want the video doorbell but do not want what Sentienel is offering as it already looks a little dated. Did anyone provsion for a POE (IP) doorbell to be added after market? If so how did wisdom accomodate your request? Also keeping in mind we too want the screens in both the lounge downstairs and upstairs for use of kids later on for security so they are not opening doors to strangers and do not need a mobile app to see who it is. Also did anyone sync their door bell with the lock so you could remote unlock? Thanks again Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14948Aug 31, 2019 5:54 pm You could also just have a PowerPoint connected to wifi sv_reddy Hi everyone, Same day another question. May be you can try tat option get a cctv wiring (Cat5) in porch at door bell height and terminate it where ever you want as a RJ45 port (preferably close to a power point) Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14950Sep 02, 2019 8:19 am Manhattan52 [quote="GLO":140n0ecz][quote="becks81":140n0ecz]Looking great GLO!! Almost there for you. My upper scaffolding only came down last week. Lower root to be completed this week. Outside painting completed too. I’m hoping to have handover before end of the year. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14953Sep 02, 2019 11:05 am Hi All, Is it for the owner to pay for AGL to install and connect for the gas? We were never informed of this or on contract but Wisdom has asked us to make $1400 payment for gas connection. Was this the same case for all in construction phase? Anything up to a week has been standard for me prior to construction start. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14957Sep 03, 2019 4:38 pm I got a private inspection done post out frame completion and thank god I did Wisdom seems to be cutting corners to get to a stage where they can issue an invoice The support columns are too short to support the steel beams. Nuts and bolts are missing that need to support the frames. Flat strips are not installed properly. This is just unacceptable Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14958Sep 03, 2019 6:02 pm CS199 I got a private inspection done post out frame completion and thank god I did Wisdom seems to be cutting corners to get to a stage where they can issue an invoice The support columns are too short to support the steel beams. This has decided this for us now! This has decided this for us now! I would highly recommend to get private inspections done at regular stages from what I have seen so far. Its money well spent Have notified my site supervisor of the issues and awaiting confirmation that they have been fixed Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14960Sep 04, 2019 6:40 pm Metricon used the same tactic with me and many others. Check your contract for what procedure you should follow if you need to dispute the next progress payment is due because they have not completed the works to the required building standard at this building stage. You don’t want them to cover up the defects with the gyprock. Also ensure everything is in writing, like any assurances from the site supervisor. Confirm your agreements with him as you may need this later. He will likely say whatever it takes to get you to pay the progress invoice and keep the job moving, regardless of quality. Check yourself the rectification work has actually been completed! Unfortunately most volume builders like Metricon do not have building quality assurance processes. This is too expensive for their business model and as long as customers keep paying its all ok for them. If you want reasonable quality it’s up to you to check the work and insist identified defects are rectified. Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE.
