Oh, that explains it. I have the same fascade on a Monte Carlo 42 ensuite except that I included extra garage.

Ours is at the tail end of the admin process, pending the revision of our construction plan with a small error on one of our windows (rumpus rear). Taken 4 days to explain to our CSR we don't want a large window split into 3 smaller ones being built side by side. ml117 - interesting to see a Manhattan 44 with the door underneath the stairs. I am surprised that there is not enough height clearance for a full size door, especially when we have measured the would be door in the display home and on the plans itself. https://www.homeone.com.au/member/ml117 Manhattan52 - finally seeing someone's kitchen with the cabinetry behind the island bench with the same length. Ours is Manhattan44 and can fit 2 x oven, 1 fridge and a mini pantry (2 doors). Others with Manhattan 44 have only been 1 oven, 1 fridge and 1 pantry door. It’s a bad angle I was standing at though. Our kitchen island is 3m and the cabinetry is 3.7m. The ovens are 76 wide each and the fridge space is for 2 fridges joined together at 1.8m Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14909Aug 16, 2019 2:33 pm Manhattan52 M4bath Always love seeing pictures of the progress everyone is making, Most of the people here are half way through constructions and probably get your house by Xmas. Others I've seen with a 44 is much smaller, made us double check, triple check many times over whether it was something we had missed. Ours is 1m fridge, 2 x 60 ovens with about 80 something for the pantry doors. Ours is the ambassador so the island is orientated differently so what you are saying has never occurred to me. All we have received so far are the plans with different elevations, none of them have the detailed windows/doors schedule. We have signed the contract, and have the selections soon. Thanks Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 14920Aug 22, 2019 2:57 pm sv_reddy Hello all, Whoever is in building phase, when can we expect to have the master plan with "doors/windows schedule"? Thanks The door and window schedule for us is structural and was the first thing we did before signing the contract as the cost of the upgrades was in the very first tender. You better ask for it quick before they consider it a contract variation. Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE. Because I'm completely and utterly exhausted.
